The past few weeks have been crazy...here is a recap. We went on a Southern tandem bike tour down the Mississippi river, we biked from Tennessee down through Arkansas, Mississippi and ended in New Orleans, Louisiana. Then I was home for about a week and headed to Chicago with some family members for a business class. The business class was amazing and I learned a lot...a fun part about the class is that it was business casual which I never get to wear. So I bought this amazing matching top and bottom. When I put it on Alex says...are those Pj's...say what. No! I wore the leopard high heels from J Crew during the class. When I got home I wanted to wear this amazing Pj's set to work, so I paired it with a classic pair of Valentino flats and called it a day! This weekend was busy, but loads of fun! We went to the Fellow Magazine launch party on Saturday night. It's a lifestyle magazine based in Denver and all about Denver. It's quite cute, check it out! So a new staple piece you need in your closet is a varsity jacket...it's so fun and it's nice to have a sporty look on something girly. Jcrew has a few cute varsity jackets check here! Just a quick hello and happy Thursday...well early happy Thursday! Today it was 60 degrees out in Denver and now at 9:30p.m., it's snowing like crazy. You never know what is going to happen here in Colorado! This top is at Anthropologie right now and it's fabulous, it's a great price and comfortable. It comes in multiple different colors, I can't find it online but go check out your local Anthropologie...they will be able to help. It's just a great basic to dress up or down!

Boxy

This jacket is boxy and I had a hard time trying to figure out what to wear with it. I first tired on a white tee shirt and it looked okay, then I tired about 5 other tops and landed on this cotton long sleeve top from Anthropologie. Its the perfect shape for this boxy jacket.
