These heels are comfortable plus incredible looking! Winner!! I never used to look for comfort...crazy right! Now that is top priority for me. The color and style of these heels I just love, they are going to be my new favorite shoes!

Floral bliss

I have been having the worst allergies. Colorado is a death trap right now, but it is a beautiful time of year! Trees and flowers are in full bloom. That is why I thought this jacket would be perfect, it feels like spring is all over me...ha! I hope all of you are having a wonderful week and do not have allergies like me! I will be posting more this week...I promise! 

Country Bumpkin...

I feel like a country bumpkin! I fell in love with this dress from Free People. I am not usually drawn to this store because its a lot of hippie chic clothing, but I guess there is a little more hippie in me than I thought. Because this dress has so much fabric and is mid calf, heels are the best way to go.

Besides loving this dress, I love this jacket from Free People too. It has a hippie/biker look and it is so versatile. For cropped jackets like this, I recommend wearing a larger/loose top since it balances the jacket.

Color me pretty...

Its finally getting warm in Denver and I get to bring out my spring clothes. I love this time of year, you can wear cute spring dresses with boots and not be to hot. I love my girl scout boots, as I call them...they are a good alternative to the riding boot. They feel similar to a riding boot to me....also these boots are by Holding Horses. So maybe that could be the reason too...ha!!

I am loving my Vera Wang Lavender sandals, they really go with everything. It is great to have a pair of sandals that you can pair with so many things for the spring/summer. Today is our last day in Oahu, we had a fabulous time visiting with friends and family! We visited the Shangri La home today, you all should google Doris Duke and this beautiful home. See you all back on the mainland!

I bought this Cynthia Vincent tote just for Kauai, its perfect for this tropical paradise! Also I am loving the new look of dresses being longer in the back! We are having a great time here but are missing our baby boy Chewy!

This leather skirt was the best find ever, I found it at Goldyn boutique in Denver. It is a little big around my hips but I will make it work. It's vintage!! I wore it to the Denver Fashion Weekend, with a cream sweater and salmon colored heels. I will have to post that outfit soon! 

Well, Alex and I are off to Kauai on Friday morning....I am so excited to be in the 75 degree weather! I am a little sad to leave my baby Chewy here in Denver though! Have a great Wednesday and I'll be posting from Kauai! 

Denver Fashion Weekend

This past Friday, my friend Kimberly and I attend Denver Fashion Weekend hosted by 303 Magazine! It was a fabulous event, the first runway show was the makeup presentation. It was seriously amazing, the artists have such talent. My favorite was the blue zebra, as I call her, in the first two photos . The second part of the fashion show was the Denver boutique runway presentation. I got inspired, all the unique boutiques all had something special to share. My personal favorite was the boutique Goldyn. If you live in Denver go and check it out immediately! Well, I hope you all had a great weekend!!

 This Tory Burch bag is perfect, the color is so fabulous! I call it my Mary Poppins bag, it is seriously so spacious! Well  I am super excited for this weekend! My best friend from college Mandy Fer has released a new CD with Dave McGraw, called Seed of a Pine. They are having their CD release party here in Denver this Saturday...I am so proud of her!!
